In 2024, NIALP welcomed 1,890 people at our headquarters in Praça do Martim Moniz, Lisbon, and provided around 10,000 phone consultations.

Our front desk support service is free and open to the public, with a dedicated team fluent in Nepali, Hindi, and English. Working in close collaboration with AIMA and other key institutions, we help migrants from diverse backgrounds navigate the Portuguese system and access their rights.

The support we provide covers a wide range of areas, including INFORMATION ABOUT:

•  Intercultural dialogue & community events

Over the years, our front desk has become a reference point for both communities and institutions, ensuring that no one is left alone in the process of building a new life in Portugal.
