Supporting access to the labor market is a key part of our mission. At NIALP, we guide migrants towards training opportunities and job offers that best match their skills and ambitions.

In partnership with the Vocational Training Center Modatex, 15 women took part in a sewing course, gaining new skills that strengthen both their autonomy and employability. We also work on rights awareness: more than 170 participants joined information sessions on labor rights and duties, delivered in collaboration with ACT, under the Bairros Saudáveis (2021–22) and PAAI (2022) programs.

By combining training, rights awareness, and professional referrals, we help open doors to meaningful work and long-term inclusion.
