PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA SECURITY AND NOTIFICATION POLICY
The NIALP-Intercultural Association Lisbon (hereinafter “Association”), treats the personal data of the user of the application (hereinafter “User” or “Data Subject”) in accordance with EU Regulation No. 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation"). To that extent, the Association provides you, as a data subject, with the following information:
DEFINITIONS
The terms "personal data", "data subjects", "international organization", "processing", "personal data breach", "data protection officer", "data controller" and "subcontractor" present in this notification correspond to the definitions provided for in Article 4 of the Regulation.
In addition, we remind you that this Policy and notification of privacy and security of personal data (“Policy”) must be read and interpreted in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service. In everything that is not provided otherwise and expressly in this notification, the definitions contained in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service must be considered.
In particular, we recall the following definitions:
A) Contract - the subscription of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service by the User
B) Service - corresponds to the definition of Service in the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service;
IDENTIFICATION OF THE RESPONSIBLE FOR TREATMENT:
The data controller is the Association, whose corporate name is NIALP - Intercultural Association Lisboa, a private law association, headquartered at Rua Martim Vaz 34, 4 Lisboa 1150-223, Portugal.

WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
The use of the Service does not require User registration and does not require the collection and processing of personal data.

Implementation of Service
We do not process personal data to provide the service.
Compliance with legal obligations
Your data may be processed as part of the fulfillment of legal obligations, as well as when the Association is judicially or administratively notified for that purpose.
Legitimate interest
The Association may also process your personal data based on the legitimate interests of the Association or third parties, namely to find out the opinion of our users, we can process your personal data when addressing a request or request. Whenever the Association needs to make updates or improvements to the Platform, it may have to access it and, incidentally, have access to your personal data (excluding health data), including cookies and registration data on the Platform.
Consent

The Association will not transfer any personal data outside the European Economic Area.

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures in order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure of Information. For example, we use encryption technology (such as SSL) to protect certain sensitive information.
Know that, despite d to our efforts, no data security measure can guarantee 100% safety at all times.
WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES FOR THE CONSERVATION OF YOUR DATA?
All personal data will be kept in accordance with the legal rules in force to guarantee the fulfilment of legal obligations by the Association or so that it can guarantee its rights of defence , in the context of any legal action .
RIGHTS OF DATA HOLDERS
Right of Access
The User has the right to request information from the Association about the personal data we process about him.
Right to rectification
The User has the right to request the Association to rectify his personal data, in case it handles incorrect information , as well as the right to complete these data, if and when incomplete.
Right to portability
Whenever the Association processes personal data by automated means or based on your consent or a counter to , the user has the right to ask the Association a copy of such personal data in a structured format, current use and automatic reading, or request your transfer to another person responsible for the treatment indicated by you.
Right to erasure
The User may request the Association to delete his personal data. However, this deletion may not be immediate whenever and when the Association intends to safeguard any right of defence that it assists. We will always retain evidence of the erasure request you address.
Right to object to treatment
The User has the right to object to the processing of his personal data whenever the Association bases the treatment on the legitimate interest of the Association.
Right to limitation of treatment
The User can request the limitation to the processing of his personal data , when contesting its accuracy , consider that the treatment is unlawful (and has not requested its deletion), understand that they are no longer necessary for the purposes of treatment described the Association in this notification or when you opposed to their treatment and to decide on the legitimacy or otherwise of their treatment by the Association.

You can make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the Association's processing of your personal data violates applicable law.
